In September 2008, the NCY released, "Toward a Brighter Future: An Essential Agenda for America’s Young People”, it's agenda for the 111th Congress and incoming Administration.The policy agenda contains an overarching set of recommendations for federal policy changes and investments designed to move this nation toward a brighter future and invest in the needs of our children and youth.
